	SGORANS LODGE

Peacefully situated within the forest on the edge
of the Lagganlia site Sgorans Lodge provides comfortable accommodation for groups of up to
16 people.

Particularly suitable for groups of families Sgorans comprises two lodges each with kitchen/lounge facilities joined by large communal dining conservatory. This lodge is also great for organised groups/business groups who wish to have a meeting/work space.

Parking is available close by.

Accommodation:

There is a large outdoor deck /seating area to the front of your lodge and a small deck at the rear. A portable barbeque is provided and all you will need for your barbeque can be purchased nearby in Aviemore.

A large conservatory dining/meeting area with seating/tables for 16 and 2 whiteboards and a wall mounted 32” TV/DVD. You will need to bring DVDs with you as there is no TV reception in the Glen.

2 drying cupboards with plenty of room for outdoor clothes/boots.

2 large open plan kitchens/ dining rooms/lounges with full height picture windows looking onto the forest.

2 well equipped kitchens comprising 2 cookers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, large larder fridge and kettles and 4-slice toasters.

Bedrooms:	Four x twin bedded rooms
	Four x 1 bunk bed rooms

Bathrooms:	2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms 1 of which is designed as an accessible wet room.

There is a small safe in your lodge, if you wish to use it please ask us for the code

Heating is via wall mounted convector heaters and a wall mounted electric fire in each of the lounges.
All electricity that you use is included in the price.

We have a travel cot available – please reserve this at the time of booking.

Arrival/Departure Time:

»	Arrival times are after 3pm Monday – Thursday and, for weekend stays, after 7pm on Fridays.
»	Please vacate your lodge by 10:30am weekdays or, for weekend stays, by 5:30pm on Sunday.
»	We may be able to vary arrival times (but not departure times) by prior arrangement – please contact us to enquire.

Please Note:

»	We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our buildings.
»	All bedding is included and all our duvets and pillows are non-feather. Tea towels are also provided but you will need to bring your own towels. We provide some washing up liquid, dishwasher powder and toilet rolls for your arrival but you will need to bring your own.
»	Unfortunately, as we often have children on-site we cannot allow pets inside any of our buildings. However, with prior agreement you can bring well behaved dogs to Lagganlia providing they stay in your car, are kept on a lead whilst on-site and that they are toileted off-site (and you clean up any accidental fouling on the site). Please contact us to enquire.
»	Mobile phone reception can be variable however there is a coin operated public phone box situated near to Reception.
