- Sleeps 16 in 8 bedrooms: 4 twin bedded rooms and 4 twin (bunk bedded) rooms
- 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms (1 of which is designed as an accessible wet room)
- 2 open plan lounge/dining areas each with a TV (with Freesat and DVD player).
- 2 well equipped kitchens with 2 cookers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, large larder fridge, kettles and 4 slice toasters.
- Large glass roofed conservatory dining/meeting area with seating/tables for 16 and 2 whiteboards.
Other facilities:
- 2 drying cupboards with plenty of room for outdoor clothes/boots.
- Large outdoor deck at front and a small one at the rear with picnic benches and a portable barbeque. All that you will need for your barbeque can be purchased nearby in Aviemore.
