 Ptarmigan is a comfortable family sized lodge in a beautiful location in the heart of our birch and
scots pine forest. There are forest walks to explore, plentiful tracks/quiet roads for family biking and easy access to the family orientated activities and attractions of the area.

- Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 twin (bunk bed).
- 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
- Comfortable open plan lounge with TV (with Freesat and DVD player).
- A well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Other facilities:
- Drying cupboard with plenty of room for outdoor clothes/boots.
- Secluded outdoor seating area with picnic bench and a portable barbeque. All that you will need for your barbeque can be purchased nearby in Aviemore.
