| Lagganlia is located in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park approx 8 miles from the mountain resort of Aviemore. |
By car we are approximately:
- 35 mins from Inverness
- 2hrs 30 mins from Edinburgh
- 2 hrs 45mins from Glasgow

| From the South: |
| Take the A9 north to Kingussie and head north on the B9152 to the village of Kincraig. In the village turn right at the War Memorial and continue for approx 1 mile crossing the River Spey with Loch Insh on your right. At the T-junction after Loch Insh Watersports turn left onto the B970 to Feshie Bridge. Once over the bridge turn right just after the red phone box. Lagganlia is approx ½ mile down this road on the right. |
| From the North: |
| Leave the A9 south of Aviemore and then head south on the B9152 to Kincraig and then follow the above instructions from Kincraig. |

| By Train/Bus |

There are main line railway stations in Aviemore & Kingussie (both less than 9 miles from Lagganlia) and a long distance bus service which passes through both towns.
There are infrequent local buses which run to Kincraig village from both Kingussie and Aviemore however there is no bus service from Kincraig to Lagganlia. Taxis are available in both towns. |
