- Sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms: one single, one twin (bunk bed), one triple (1 bunk bed & 1 single) and one 4-bedded (2 bunk beds).
- 1 bathroom (shower over bath) and 1 shower room.
- Comfortable open plan lounge with TV (with Freesat and DVD player).
- A well equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Other facilities:
- Entrance porch with plenty of room for outdoor clothes/boots.
- Secluded outdoor seating area with picnic bench and a portable barbeque. All that you will need for your barbeque can be purchased nearby in Aviemore.
